"For a 8.6 rating on hotels we were expecting clean rooms, and no mold in our room. The staff was great, but they definitely did not have enough help. We got a room with a pull out as well. And there was not extra bedding for the pullout. Also the pull out mattress was paper thin. There was also mold under the sink the room and water damage. The shower curtain was ripped and stained. The pillows are horrible. The elevator mad a terrible thud when you used it. And there was no towels in our room or the pool. All in all the staff is friendly but the rest of the hotel was not an 8.6 rating."

"The beds were very comfortable, the room was very large and perfect for two kids running around, the breakfast was plentiful and stocked well and the pool and hot tub were very nice. It was away from all the hustle and traffic of downtown but close enough we could be wherever we wanted in a short time. We will definitely use again!"
