"AVOID THIS PROPERTY! I'm not one to write reviews, but people must be warned! We stayed in the "budget" cabin and had to check out a night early because it was so gross. The door to the outside did not seal, which let in a lot of bugs. The cracked front window from what looked like a BB was unnerving. The vanity lights and bathroom fan did not work at all and the lock on the bathroom window was falling off. The towels were so small that I initially thought they were the hand towels, and they smelled badly of cigarette smoke. They say they don't charge a cleaning fee, but the place really needs a deep clean. I was ghosted when I asked the host for a partial refund. "

"The house was cute and cozy, older home. Very accommodating for our family, they had everything we needed from kitchenware to bath necessities. Very clean. Great location to take in the environment. We saw quail, rabbits, turkeys and down the road, deer. Shower pressure could have been better but overall it was a very good stay."

"One of our favorite VRBOs ever. Delightful setting, very comfortable and welcoming house. We were there too early to swim due to the temperature, but sitting on the patio having meals and watching and listening to the river was outstanding. Certainly helps that Sequoia is now one of my favorite parks. We've been to 35 national parks, and this is top 10 for sure, maybe top 5. (Yosemite, Glacier, Yellowstone, Acadia, and Grand Canyon are hard to displace!). Host was great. "
