The Lavender House is about 10 minutes walking distance from Katoomba train station. This brand new holiday house has 3 intimate bedrooms, a cosy lounge, a generous dining area, a spacious kitchen and a modern bathroom. It is an ideal holiday getaway for modern families, romantic couples and a group of close friends spending a relaxing weekend or sharing a special moment together. It is so conveniently located yet distant enough from busy traffic and tourists in Katoomba. The Space: Once you arrive, you would recognise Lavendar House immediately by its elegant white fence and grey roof. During spring or summer, you can smell the lavender fragrance from the front garden. You may park your car in the carport or on the street. We have a beautiful indoor fireplace in our living room, perfect for staying warm and cozy during the winter. After entering the front door, you can drop your luggage in the 3 bedrooms along the corridor. Here are the bed configurations:Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen size bed Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen size bed Bedroom 3 - 2 King single beds, The bathroom is located conveniently next to the bedrooms. Its style is simple and contemporary, with an elegant bathtub, a standing shower, and other bathroom amenities. Simple but practical for travelers. The other end of the corridor is the center of social life. First is the cozy lounge room and dining area. This socializing area is equipped with a large-screen smart TV, a comfortable and large L-shape couch, carefully selected artwork, and a wooden dinner table and chairs with smooth edges. Secondly, the open kitchen is next to the lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with modern and brand-new kitchenware and electronic appliances. It makes cooking such a high-class enjoyment even for “lazy” people who don’t cook regularly. Stepping out of the kitchen door is the outdoor deck. Another six-seater dinner table can accommodate a BBQ feast easily during your stay. At the back of the house, we have a private backyard that is suitable for kids to play a mini soccer game on the grass or enjoy some sunbathing.
