Our 5 night stay at the Cretan Dream Resort was excellent.
Nothing to fault about the Resort only that Stalos doesn't offer a great choice for evening dining and there isn't much of an atmosphere either.
Hire a car for a short drive, 7.5km, into neighbouring Platanias for a wide selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment.

Wonderful hotel in terms of staff (who were so helpful and friendly), location (a few minutes walk to the harbour and old town which are magical) and hotel amenities. Breakfast selection was very good and whilst the pool area is small, we had no problem getting a sun bed when we wanted. We booked two premium rooms (as travelling with our daughter) which were very nice, were given complimentary bottles of water daily, as well as toiletries being replenished. The only downside was that we couldn’t use our balconies, as across the narrow street opposite a large building was being renovated.
