"This hotel is close to the airport and includes free shuttle rides. That is the single benefit of staying here. Otherwise, don’t expect a comfortable experience. The rooms are extremely outdated and quite dirty. There’s only central A/C in the building so it’s very warm and stuffy in the rooms, and they also smell intensely of body odor. It’s also quite noisy with thin walls. There is a 24 hr Lawson’s on-site which is helpful because all the other restaurants are subpar and overpriced, and there’s nothing else close to the hotel. If you truly just need a relatively inexpensive place to crash for a night on your way in or out of Narita airport and don’t care about comfort, it’s fine. If you’re looking for a more positive hotel experience, look elsewhere."

"Fast and efficient check-in. Handy shuttle to and from the airport and a large mall. The staffs are doing the best they can with a hotel that needs an update. While it was clean the carpet is quite dirty and furniture dated."
