"Family of 4 - Stayed one night in Grand Japanese room. Our teens slept on the tatami mats they provided. Not as nice as other Monday we stayed at but fine overall. It’s in Ginza but not near all the things you want to walk to and see. Used taxis every time we went somewhere."

"We had a great stay as a family of five visiting from London. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a handy kitchenette and dining area that made family travel much easier. The location was excellent, with plenty of convenience stores nearby for quick dinners, and it was easy to explore both Ueno and the rest of Tokyo. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We would happily stay here again!"
