The host is very welcoming and efficient. The apartments are in a very good location near the town centre and within a 10 minute walk of the harbour area. There are multiple restaurants and cafes nearby. The weekly market takes place right next to the apartments, which is great for local flavour. The only drawback is that the road outside can get very busy and is not the cleanest or best finished. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay in Kas.

Very nice appartment, clean, spacious, good wifi, airco, good beds. Located just behind the bus station. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets all around. Good market on friday at the back of the building.

1/ During our stay, there was no hot water. The owner called the repairman but they did not come on Sunday. The repairman came on Monday evening but for some reason there is still no hot water on that night. As such, my kids needed to have cold water bath for two nights. 2/ We find there is only one roll of toilet paper/tissue in the toilet (we stay for two nights). We asked the owner whether there is any spare one in the unit. We were told that we need to buy ourselves if we finish that one. Further clarified with owner and confirmed that no extra roll will be provided. Future customer please note this. 3/ The apartment situated opposite to garage and boat engine repair shop. It was sometime noisy and relatively dirty.

Öncelikle apartın konumu çok merkezi. Heryere ve herşeye çok yakınsınız. Tüm marketlere yürüme mesafesinde. Kaş'ın merkezi kabul edilen tüm restoranlar ve rıhtım yine yürüme mesafesindeydi. Plajlara arabanızla 5-6 dk da ulaşabilirsiniz. Evde tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabilecek ekipman mevcut. Her odada klimanın bulunması çok güzel. Kendinizi evinizde hissedebileceğiniz bir ortam var. Salonun manzarası denizi görüyor.Apartın sorumlusu Gül hanım herhangi bir sorun yaşadığınız takdirde mesajlara hemen geri dönüş sağlıyor. Kendisine de ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Biz çok mutlu ayrılıyoruz. Kısacası tavsiye ederim.

Temizlik, odanın durumu ve imkanlar çok iyiydi, apart dairede ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey vardı. Odaların ses yalıtımı oldukça kötü, her türlü ses maalesef yayılıyor, sabahları alt katın temizliği bile insanı uykusundan uyandırabiliyor. Konum çok güzel olsa da girişin sanayi sitesinin içinden olması hoş değil, keşke bina girişi pazar yerine bakan tarafta olsaydı. Fiyatı için ve kalabalık gruplar için oldukça uygun, hiçbir şey lüks değil fakat her şey oldukça kaliteliydi.

Başarılı lokasyon.

Kaşta kalınacak başarılı bir lokasyon. Sıfır yaş bina, sade tasarımı, her odada klima, çamaşır makinesi ve her türlü konforu sağlayan detaylarıyla evinizde gibi hissettiriyor. Manzaralı geniş balkonu en büyük avantajlarından biri. Kaş merkezine ve marinaya aynı uzaklıkta olması çok işe yarıyor. Merkezdeki kalabalıktan uzak olmakla birlikte plajlara yürüme mesafesi en fazla 15 dakika. Apartın temizliğine, ilk kullananlardan olduğumuzdan dolayı,beş yıldız verebilirim. Umarım aynı çizgide devam eder. Her türlü sorununuzu anında çözmeye çalışan Sıtkı beye ayrıca çok teşekkürler. Çok ilgiliydi. Bu aşamada tek beğenmediğim detay - bazı kısımların inşaat halinde olduğu için peyzajın olmaması, ve apartın önünde pazar olarak kullanılan alanın toz toprak olması. Aile ve arkadaşlarıyla kalınabilecek bir yer. Tekrar gelinebilir.

Apart hotel konforlu

Apart temiz ve süperdi. Rahattık. Marina deniz manzarası süperdi. Hergün otelin plajına tekne ile ücretsiz transfer edildik. Transfer için sefer saatlerinin önceden belirlenmesi çok iyi olmuş. Plajdaki restorandaki yemekler iyiydi ama daha ucuz olabilirdi.
