A decent stay overall — clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location close to the beach and local attractions. However, travelers should be aware of two key limitations: there is little to no parking available nearby, which can be inconvenient if you’re driving. Also, the hotel has no lift, and sea-view rooms are located on the upper floors (usually 3–4 flights up), so booking those might not be ideal for anyone with mobility concerns or heavy luggage. Worth considering if you’re traveling light and on foot.

Would not go back

A beautiful view is just about the only positive of staying here. There is no elevator, and you actually have to get up two flights of stairs to get to the “first floor,” and steps are not all the same height. Thankfully, the staff carried our suitcases, nonetheless, staying with my 70-year-old mom, this was quite a difficulty. We opted not to have housekeeping services each day after seeing on our first evening the staff cleaning up a clogged/overflowing toilet with bath towels. The air conditioner barely worked and water could not hold a consistent temperature. Wifi also barely worked. If I were traveling in my teens or early twenties on a very tight budget, this might have been a good choice. As someone who now prioritizes comfort and cleanliness, I would not choose or recommend this hotel again.

Resepsiyondaki Mert bey gerçekten güzel tavsiyeler verdi ve gerçekten ilgiliydi fakat hiç gülümsetemedik maalesef. Gecedeki Abdullah kardeşimiz de çok ilgiliydi ve sorunumuza hızlı çözüm buldu. Soğutma sistemi merkezi olmadığı için kahvaltı alanı ve katlar sauna gibiydi. Battaniye yoktu ve ASANSÖR YOK. Manzarası çok iyiydi ve kahvaltısı da açık büfe, güzel ve çeşitliydi. Ayrıca lobideki ve katlardaki tablolar da dikkat çekiciydi.

otelde asansör yok. oda 4. kattaydı çok zorlandık. personeller( sabah kahvaltı hazırlayanlar hariç) oldukça ilgisiz. valizleri dahi taşımaya yardım etmediler. park yeri yok o nedenle kendimiz hallettik o konuda da hiç yardımcı olmadılar. klimalar çok geç soğutuyor. her defasında 20 dakika odada terledik. kahvaltı oldukça güzeldi. hazırlayan personel son derece güler yüzlü. odalar temizdi. her gün temizlediler . bence biraz daha para verip daha elverişli otellerde konuklamanız daha mantıklı olacaktır. fiyat performans oteli diyebilirim

Kaliteli, lezzetli ve yeterli çeşit vardı. hergün değişen sıcaklar menüsü ve kek börek poğaça kurabiye çeşitleri çok lezzetliydi ablaların ellerine sağlık. Odalar temiz. Ich fand es sehr toll, dass Handtücher für den Strandtag zur freien Verfügung bereitgelegt wurden. Unterkunft an sich war gut, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wände sind sehr hellhörig, somit hatten wir leider ein paar nicht so gute Nächte, da wir der Partylaune des oberen Stockwerkes ausgesetzt wurden.

Harika bir yer!

Çok güzel bir otel kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever, oda çok temiz, tüm otelde şahane tablolar var. Ayrıca odada kahve makinası, su ısıtıcı var. Hergün kapsül kahveleri yeniliyorlar. Konumu harika ve manzara eşliğinde kahvaltı seçenekleri de çok iyiydi.

хорошой отель

Проживали в этом отеле с женой три дня. Номер был с террасой и видом на море, хорошая большая кровать, чистое белье и полотенца свежайшие. Завтраки обычные континентальные, без изысков. Отель очень удачно расположен в первой линии от моря и в пяти минутах ходьбы от центра города. Жаль что нет своего пляжа, но в целом очень хорошее впечатление.

Great Spot Overlooking The Water

We loved our stay here. Had a room with a full sea view. Breakfast was really lovely and on par with some of the nice hotels we stayed throughout our Turkey road trip. The room was minimal and clean. Loved having the balcony to take in the sea air. We had a car, so it was only a 5-10 drive to get into the main part of Kas. Parking was available pretty easily on the street. Would definitely stay here again. Very good price point for what you get.

Butik otel değil, verdiğiniz para etmeyen pansiyon

Resimlerden ve yorumlardan edindiğimiz olumlu izlenimle üçte biri fiyatına yer bulabilecekken Gardenia’da kalma kararı aldık. Maalesef konum dışında (ki etrafta başka bir çok seçenek var) olumlu bir yorum yapmak mümkün değil. Otel el değiştirmiş, pozitif eski yorumların gerçeklerle hiç ilgisi yok... Beşinci kattaki odamıza bavullarımızı çıkarmaktan (asansör de, yardımcı olan bir çalışan da mevcut değil), odanın ve kahvaltının vasatlığına ve ücret fayda dengesine kadar her açıdan Gardenia sınıfta kaldı.
