Wir waren für 2 Tage im Nova Hotel in Kas und waren mehr als zufrieden. Modern eingerichtet mit privatem Pool. Das Zimmer war sauber und Service war super. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ebenfalls vorhanden.

Lovely mini apartment and the private pool was such a treat! Had a small kitchenette however couldn’t use the hob provided (wasn’t allowed) the fridge came in very handy! Great food for room service. I would definitely go for a r pom with a view next time! Look forward to returning!

Jättedålig service. Allt dröjde som att få rätt antal handdukar och sängkläder. Även när vi bad hjälp om lampor så kom de aldrig utan lovade bara att de skulle göra det senare. Kändes som att man behövde jaga personalen ständigt. Vi tillbringade flera timmar av vår vistelse bara på att kommunicera med hotellet för att se till att bokningen blev rätt. Dålig renlighet och roomcleaning kom inte varje dag. Frukosten var dock mycket god och av bra kvalitet.

Odamız ve otelin yeri güzeldi ama girişte yarım saat check için sıra bekledik güneşte, ardından odamıza girdik ama 1 tane su bile yoktu sonrasında su için aradık ayrı ayrı 3 kişiye söyledim ama 3 saat boyunca su gelmedi en sonunda ayrıldık otelden. Oda servisi cok kötü kimsenin birbirinden haberi yok temizlik ise kötüydü. Otel misaiftlerinin kullanabilceği bir plaj var aşağı inebilirseniz orası güzel ama 200 merdiven falan olabilir bilginiz olsun.

Çok güzel bir otel kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. 3 arkadaş gittik konum olarak merkeze çok yakın. Oteldeki çalışanların ilgisi, alakası, güler yüzleri sayesinde tatilimiz bir o kadar daha güzelleşti. Seneye tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel olacak kesinlikle. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Das personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab einen Shuttle der uns zum beach oder in das andere Hotel gefahren hat zum frühstücken oder Abendessen. Kann diese Anlage nur empfehlen man hatte sein eigenen Pool und ein kleinen Hamam.

Otel genel olarak güzel fakat 5 yıldız yerine 4 yıldız vermemin sebebi housekeeping’in yetersiz oluşu. 4 günlük konaklamamız boyunca el sabunu yenilenmemesi (sanırım tamamen eriyip bitmeden yenilenmiyor) ve baş havlularının kullanılmış olmasına rağmen arayıp istemeden yenisinin gelmeyişi olarak bu yetersizlikler özetlenebilir. Ek olarak otelin anlaşmalı olduğu denize kıyısı olan otelden (Mekvin otel) denize girmek gerçek bir çile. Aşırı fazla merdiven var ve insan inip çıkarken mahvoluyor. 2 gün bu duruma dayanabildik sonrasında başka yer bulduk (ücret ödeyerek tabiki).

Çok güzeldi.

Öncelikle yeni bir otel olması sebebiyle temizdi. Mobilyalar özenle seçilmiş. İlk üç gece deluxe odada kaldık. Bu odalar kısmi deniz manzaralı. Yani sadece balkonda oturursanız görebilirsiniz. İki gece olarak gitmiştik fakat sonra aynı odada bir gece daha kalmak istedik. En son gitmeden bir gece daha uzatmaya karar verdik. Bu sefer Loft suit daire de kaldık. Loft daire tamamen deniz manzaralı ve odanın kendi havuzu çok temizdi. Personel güleryüzlüydü. Her sorunumuzu çözdüler. Özellikle Gamze hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz. Deniz shuttle la 3-4 dakika mesafede diğer otelleri olan Mekvin deniz feneri Lighthouse otelin plajı. Sabahtan akşam 6:30’a kadar iki otel arası Shuttle var. Hem burada konaklıyıp hem de diğer otelin plaj ve havuz imkanlarından faydalana biliyorsunuz. Denizi adeta akvaryum gibiydi.Turkuaz rengi su ve minik balıkları yüzerken izleyebiliyorsunuz. Biz çok memnun kaldık. seneye tekrar görüşürüz.

Otele vardığımız da 1 buçuk saat bekletildik.Sonra yoldan geldiğimiz için özür amaçlı bize yemek ısmarladılar.Sonra odamıza geçtik ancak alçı pisliği vardı.1 ay önce hizmete geçmiş ancak henüz bitmemiş. Burada yaşadığımız sıkıntılar: banyonun yerlerinin su basması, yatağın gece çökmesi ve odadaki alçı kokusu.Ayrıca odamız rezerve ettiğimizden farklı idi. Bunu söylediğimizde bir sonraki gün düzeltileceğini yeni odaya geçeceğimizi söylediler.İlk akşam kabus gibi geçti gerçekten. Bir sonraki gün yeni odamıza radissona geçtik.Oda güzeldi fakat yine sıkıntılar vardı. Banyonun suyu taşırması ve heryerin su olması. Bildiğiniz suda şapır şapır yürüdük abartmıyorum. Bunca yaşadığımız sıkıntıya rağmen otel personeli yardımcı oldular. Otel güzel fakat personel arasında bir kopukluk var , herkes kafasına göre haraket ediyor. Hayatım boyunca unutmayacağım bir tatil yaşadım.

What a difficult review! What seems like should have been a 10 property had so many issues. We stayed 2 nights. The first night I woke up from some thumping along the wall at the floor. It lasted about 5 minutes. Stopped. Then started again a bit later. We were gone all day and when we went to bed to get woken up multiple times. You could hear gurgling coming through the floor, clanking in the walls, and air in the pipes. In the morning all you could hear was air in the pipes and low water pressure. The rooms were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. The room had a Nespresso but no capsules. The refrigerator had 2 sodas 2 beer and one soda water but no bottles of water-no opener. Our friends room had 2 bottles of water and one soda. There was a mix of glassware. At night half of the outdoor lighting around the property did not work. We used our phones to light the path to our room. The outdoor pool with our room was nice but was never cleaned of leaves and debris. Our room had plaster spots around it and on the front door. The property shares dining service with the Radisson Blue. The breakfast was amazing as well as the view from the patio. Clearly some maintenance issues to resolve. We had friends staying in another room in a different part of the property and they had water issues as well.
