Terkedilmiş otel.

Mülk gerçekten çok güzel ancak terkedilmiş bir otel gibi. Kahvaltıda kavun karpuzu çok güzeldi. Geri kalan her şey berbat! Yatağın yayları batıyor, banyo pis, çarşaflar, yastık kılıfları tozlu. 5 günün sonunda astım olduk. Ama mülk ve denizi çok güzel. Gitmek isteyenler kalın alez ve nevresim takımı götürsün o zaman kalınabilir.

Çok vasat

Hijyenden bihaber, bir çivi bile çakılmayan, odalarda ampülleri eksik, fayansı kırık, duşu pis, havuzuna girilemeyen, odalarda prizi bozuk, buzdolabı olmayan, saldım çayıra mevlam kayıra bir otel. Misafir ağırlamaktan haberleri yok. Şezlong minderlerine havluyu koyarken bile düşünüyorsunuz pislik durumundan dolayı. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum, başka yerde boş oda yok diye gittik ama sokakta kalsak daha huzurlu ve temiz olurduk.

Enorme arnaque, du vol!!!

Arrivée 19H,2 couples,110€/nuit/chbre. En Turquie nous nous attendions à un bon standing,au minimum a un hôtel propre et non délabré. -Accueil: personne ne parlait anglais, impression de déranger. -Chambres: visite de 6 chambres. Aucune ne correspondait aux photos et descriptions du site. Pas de rideaux occultants,toilettes sales,moisissure/humidité,matelas inconfortable,équipements et finitions vétustes,simple vitrage,pas de bouteilles d'eau/de serviettes,vis et clous apparents,terrasse sale et instable,peinture écaillée,odeurs nauséabonde,porte accès terrasse qui ne ferme pas,connexion WIFI faible. -Établissement: délabré,sale, dangereux pour les enfants (vis et clous apparents,fils dénudés,miroirs cassés et outils qui trainent,terrasses branlantes,etc),pas de lumière dans les couloirs,déchets éparses, cabines de plage à l'état d'abandon & inutilisables,bar répugnant,et j'en passe. Petit déjeuner bas de gamme, qualité & variété des produits + que médiocres. -Manager:personne insolente et pas pro. Nous avons fait part de nos remarques,elle nous a répondu "je sais ce que vous essayez de faire...","si ça ne vous plait pas ne revenez pas..." Pour résumer: les photos du site ne reflètent pas la réalité, elles sont toutes retouchées. Le bâtiment à sérieusement besoin d'être rénové et sécurisé!!!!!!!!!!

Sakin ve huzurlu kas tatili

Otel fiyat performans olarak cok basariliydi. Hem uygun fiyat hem de guzel hizmeti vardi. Otele girerken ve cikarken cok sicak karsilandik, calisanlar da cok sicak ve yardimciydilar. Tek olumsuz tarafi sivrisinekleriydi. Oda manzaramiz, deniz superdi. Plajn da kayaliklarin üzerinde duzenlenmesi cok dogal ve egzotik bi hava katmis. Ama o kadar merdiveni inip cikarken yorulabilirsiniz dikkat. Genel olarak her seyden memnun kaldik ve oteli tavsiye ederiz.

Excellent staff great view

We had stayed there 3 days. Staff was so helpful and attentive about eveything we need. Especially Mr Ozan did his best for us. Also Ms Pinar’s heart melting smile was so nice. We are so gratefull after see their attention on customer service. My only criticism is about room maintenance. However the seaview was amazing! Thank to all cheddar team.

Schönes Hotel, für Kinder geeignet die auch schwimmen können. Zugang zum Meer durch eine Leiter möglich, kristallklares Wasser. Frühstück ist okay für ein 3* Hotel, türkisches Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht, jedoch sollte die Putzfrau motivierter sein. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder, eine Playstation gab es nicht.

Otel konum olarak güzel yerde. Manzara harika. Denize girilen yerde su cok temız ve berrak. Akvaryum gibi balıklar eşliginde yüzüyorsunuz. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Gercekten bi otoparkı olması çok iyi. Kahvalti yeterli. Konfor olarak biraz eksik ama fıyata görede normal bence. Yani konfor fiyat endeksi iyi.

Otelin konumu ve manzarası mükemmel. Ancak ilk denize girişte yaşadığım talihsizlik nedeniyle tatil süreci acılı geçti. Denize giriş alanındaki iskeleye ulaşan dalgaya kapılarak bacaklarımı kayalıklara çarptım. Otel görevlileri normalde o alanda çok fazla böyle dalga yaşanmadığını ancak o alanı önümüzdeki sezon dalgalardan koruyacak şekilde düzenleyeceklerini söylediler. Genellikle konaklayanlar uzun sürelerdir her yaz orda tatil yapanlar. Sakin huzurlu bir mekan.

Kesinlikle uzak durun

Otelde rezervasyon yaptık ama konaklayamadık. Rezervasyonumuzu teyit etmek için aradığım resepsiyon görevlisi gibi bir görevli ile daha önce hiç karşılaşmadım. Son derece küstah ve size telefonda hayat dersi dahil nasıl davranmanız gerektiğine ilişkin ders vermeye kalkan birisi. Öncelikle 2 yetişkin bir çocuk rezervasyonu yaptım ve oteli aradım teyit için. 2 yetişkin görünüyor ama çocuk görünmüyor yanıtı aldım. Size yardımcı olmaya çalışacağım diye başlayan konuşmada sorduğum sorulara telefonu bir an önce kapatırsam çözüm bulabileceğini söyledi ilk olarak. Gittikçe sevimsizleşti konuşma ve ben müsteri ile böyle konuşan bir otelde konaklama yapmak istemediğimi ve rezervasyonumun iptal edilmesini istedim. Rezervasyon iptali hakkında bir kaç kez daha ulaşmam gerekti. O konuşmalar ilkinden daha sinir bozucu idi. Daha sonra otelde yetkili birisi ile görüşmek istedim ve işletmeci ile görüştüm. Neyseki işletmeci müşteri ile ilteişim konusunda gayet olumlu ve profesyonel davrandı ve ücret iadesinde sorun olmayacağını belirtti. Rezervasyonu hotels.com üzerinden yapmıştık bu nedenle gerekli işlemleri yapacaklarını iletti sonra gün içinde rezervasyon iptal onayının hotels.comdan geldiğini ve beni gün içinde hotels.com'un iptal teyiti için arayacağını belirtti. Beni üç gün boyunca kimse aramadı. Ben Hotels.com u aradığımda böyle bir iptal olmadığını belirttiler yani ücreti iade etmeyeceklerdi peşine düşmeseydim. Hotels.com çözdü yoksa otele kalsa işim çok zordu. Kesinlikle uzak durun.
