The room was beautifully spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. My son especially loved enjoying his own onsen experience in the bathtub, which made our stay even more memorable. The frequent shuttle service to Karuizawa train station added great ease to our travels and enhanced the overall experience. "The hotel is in a very convenient location, only a few minutes from the station, with a Lawson store right next to it and a supermarket nearby. The room is spotlessly clean and spacious. All the staff are nice and accommodating. They also provide a shuttle service to the station and to the Prince Ski Resort, which is very helpful. Our only comment is that we wish they could improve their breakfast service with better food options and presentation. Overall, it’s good value for money. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again."

"This hotel is a hidden gem with helpful and friendly staff. Feels like a b&b with cooked breakfast, games area for adults and kids. The staff went above and beyond - helping us with transport to our next destination, making calls (in Japanese) and driving us to our shuttle connection. Rooms were comfortable and warm. It’s about 10mins from the town centre but they do offer pick up and drop offs from the train, and it makes it quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend! "

"Great location. Right next to the Karuizawa station, outlet and snowfields. Shuttle scheduled to come every 15-30 minutes to take you around the resort, outlet and other snow fields. Staying at resort also gives you discounted rates with the ski lifts and gear rental. Spacious room. Great for families."
