Very friendly, clean. Chai, Rat, Su & Joso made our holiday a great one. Thanks guys ... if we ever come back we will certainly stay here again.

An excellent stay at this resort. The place was clean, gardens beautifully maintained, multiple pools were always sparkling and the breakfast was varied and plentiful - yummy as! The food at the restaurant was first rate and the drinks OK. The bed was huge and comfy, air conditioner and fan worked well, lovely private aspect onto the pool area and the bathroom was great. The only downside was that the TV was quite old so it could not be cast to and there was no Netflix or other premium...

We loved this property, every thing about it was great, especailly the staff so well trained and alway friendly ready to assist x food also great x

I had an awesome stay. Things may not have been perfect (when are they ever?) but the overall time was perfect for me. My hotel room looked straight out to sea and the island. It completed fantasy in my mind of what my Thailand vacation should look like. The room was beautiful and the air conditioner was magic after being out in the warm humid air. The food was delicious and creative, offering a spice palate that was just right for me. The happy hour cocktail pricing allowed me to try their...

Fantastic staff, facilities, room & pool. Definitely recommend.

Staff were amazing. A couple of times housekeeping missed our room but the front desk were always on hand to help in the best way they could - including moving us rooms when ours was really noisy (just unlucky being above a bar) I would highly recommend Glow - for staff, service and a modern hotel, great location and with all you need (I wanted a gym, they had it :) Thanks for an amazing stay Glow team.

Wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were excellent, and everything was always clean and well maintained. A great place to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 6 nights and loved the ambience of resort.

The Village resort & spa was beautiful, great gardens, good service & tranquil setting.

The resort, was clean stylish and well appointed. Excellent onsite premium food options, stunning rooms with furniture that not only looks good but is designed to be comfortable too. You could holiday here and never have the need to leave the resort. The location was great, a gentle stroll up from the Kata Beach straight across the road. What really sets this resort apart though is the incredible staff. They make a point of getting to know you and doing everything they can to make your day and...
