"We stayed here for two nights. A nice upscale feeling hotel, the room was a tad bit small from what we expected for the price. The staff were helpful, the concierge, security and the restaurant servers were all super nice and polite. Strangely, all the staff at the reception felt a bit smug for some reason, not the friendliest of bunch for sure. While I didn't mind the hotel, I wouldn't go back to this one if I ever have to be in New Delhi again."

"The hotel benefits from a fairly good location; however, it is somewhat isolated, with no nearby shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. Due to that, guests are largely dependent on the hotel’s in-house dining options or in-room dining services. Unfortunately, the pricing reflects this lack of external alternatives and feels excessively high- for instance, a simple cup of tea was priced at 700 via in-room dining. On one occasion, when I ordered food through Swiggy, the staff requested my room number before allowing the delivery inside the premises, which seemed unnecessary and somewhat intrusive. The bathroom facilities could also use improvement. Despite the shower door being closed, water tended to leak out onto the bathroom floor, indicating poor design or maintenance. During check-in, I was informed that I had been upgraded to a newly renovated room; however, the room did not feel noticeably different or upgraded in any meaningful way. This gave the impression that the “upgrade” was more of a gesture than a tangible enhancement. On a positive note, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the checkout experience was acceptable, though not particularly noteworthy."

"The location is very good and staff were friendly. Comfort bed and clean linen provided. They also provide the airport transfers and sightseeing of Delhi and Agra. Nearby RK Ashram Metro and New Delhi Railway Station. Once we visit the hotel they also welcome us and provides us refreshing drink which I like the most."

"I was thoroughly surprised by the whole experience - stayed at a number of hotels in India and this was by far the best experience I have had I would like to especially give a mention to Ching and Aarti on the front desk who helped me with anything I needed, Bhupender who whenever we came downstairs was always courteous and asked how me and my father were getting on and finally Sonuiddeen who would help me get my coffee fix and on the last day when I wasn't well gave me some items at breakfast that brought me back to life! The only place I will be looking to stay when next in Delhi and highly recommend this property "
