When we came in, it seemed like the staff was not expecting us, as they had us wait outside for a while before we had to ask to be taken to our room. Also, the posting said the people at the homestay spoke Hindi and English, but it turned out that they only spoke Kannada and Hindi. Thankfully, I spoke Hindi so I was able to manage. "The Hotel is right behind Indiranagar Metro Station...therefore the sound from the main road is quite loud but since the rooms have soundproof windows it does help but then you have to switch on the A.C and cannot enjoy the fresh air."
