"Good room. Spacious. Hotel is little old, but that is ok. Staff is friendly. They try to help you. Ample choices for breakfast, but not extravagant. Bath room tends to be a tad small, but again everything worked well. Location is very good. In the middle of everything. Will I go back? Yes! "

"Spend 3 nights at Casa Cottage and I was a great experience. We had a wonderful Room (number 18) with a great balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff and the owner are extremely nice and helpful. When we went home from the City,with it’s noise and traffic, it was very lovely to come to our Casa Cottage, were everything is quiet among the great vegetation."

"Overall wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff are super helpful generally. However breakfast is although a huge spread, the quality of the food is iffy. At times the scrambled eggs were dry and chewy, the dosa colorless and limp, the chutney was mainly water. A surprising thing for this property since it’s otherwise stellar. And in a city like Bengaluru, it’s a shame to have a poor meal in a classy hotel when a smaller establishment offers hygienic, cheap and delicious fare. "

"Overall experience is okay but not at par as name Welcome by ITC... Hairdryer is not working...We are 4 guests including my 2 kids already mentioned but I had to ask for extra blanket at 11 pm. So it's 3 star out of 5 from my side."
