"Great hotel"

"Excellent as always. I don't like the rainfall showers, they are very inconvenient, and it hurts to bend over backward if you don't want to get your hair wet. A proper shower projects water at an angle not straight down. Also the styling is painful with the sharp corners. The little wand is not the same as a real shower. If you provide a wand it should be a large circular area, not a small rectangle. I recommend to replace all shower fixtures with a more ergonomic design. Also the bath towels are much too large. It makes no sense to talk about being eco-friendly and saving water when you provide bath towels that are twice the size they need to be. A larger towel requires more water and more soap so it negates any savings derived elsewhere."

Well maintained and facilities are first class. Room servicing staff in particular Santhosh was very kind and helpful. He also offered to take photographs of us on the property. Restaurant breakfast was exceptional. Service was anticipatory and delivered well. Food delicious and great variety. "
