It was all that it said it would be!
Excellent facilities and all the little extras available Nothing was a bother for the owners and we were accommodated superbly. Plenty of room for all - the extra living areas were well used for the varied ages! Plenty of bathrooms too! Very private, peaceful and spacious!

Amazing!!
This property is one of a kind for the location in Coffs Harbour! Lucy was lovely to communicate with and answered any questions promptly and was very accommodating to the specific needs of our group. I would recommend this place to anyone :)

Annual Family Get-together
We are a large family requiring a substantial property. The house had plenty of space for everyone and was very well - equipped. A few issues related to wear and tear given the property’s age but Graham and Lucy were always available to help.

Spacious and comfortable
There was plenty of room for three families with various living areas meaning everyone could enjoy their own space if needed. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The driveway area was great for the kids to ride bikes amd scooters and we used the grass area for a game of cricket. Within close proximity to the house are various hazards for children including old rotting decks, unsecured fuels and equipment, elevated planks and unsecured storage of potentially dangerous goods. There was also a faulty pool gate latch which meant it didn’t close automatically and our 3 year old entered the pool area alone. I would not recommend this property for young children until all of the dangers are removed.

Fantastic
This house has everything you could need. Very comfortable beds (best we've had at a holiday house). Lots of bathrooms. Well equipped and spacious kitchen. Four separate sitting areas. Great location. Amazingly, no mozzies. Three generations loved it.

A wonderful stay!
We had a great stay - the perfect location for a birthday celebration. Great set-up for our party out around the pool area, and the ability to have a lovely morning dip in the pool and BBQ the next day was a bonus. Highly recommend!

FAMILY FUN
Our family holiday was enhanced by this property. Its arrangement of spaces, both indoors and out, provided us with the opportunities to really enjoy each others’ company. Very comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms and a great pool. Being pet friendly was also a big advantage, Thankyou Lucy and Graham.

Fabulous accommodation
The property is exceedingly our expectation with a lot of space for my big family. Surprise my wife on her birthday with this accommodation. Vanilla is a bonus. Will certainly be back again as my family is almost ready for another reunion at this property in the near future.

A beautiful holiday sanctuary
We had a wonderful week with our extended family here. The location is beautiful, being just a short drive to the CBD and beaches but private and with a gorgeous outlook surrounded by trees. There was plenty of space both in the house and outside for the kids to play, and it had all the amenities we needed. We all enjoyed the pool, and the donkey was such a highlight for the kids and helped make the stay truly memorable. We would love to come back one day.

Family holiday
Just spent a week a Fern ridge for a extended family holiday. The house is great, plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The setting is beautiful, so peaceful and quiet, yet so close to Coffs, and plenty of activities. Lucy and Graham were super hosts, easy to communicate with and nothing was a bother. Can definitely recommend this house, we are all keen to go back!

We had a very good time at FernRidge We were a group of friends and the property was very suitable for a number of couples .The house is well appointed and the management excellent .It is in a lovely setting , which enhances the holiday feel , and Vanilla the donkey visits at regular intervals .Thoroughly recommend !

This was such a wonderful experience - welcoming hosts, well maintained property with thoughtful details to ensure a wonderful family holiday. Stunning location with space to escape the world, while still being only 5 minutes from everything Coffs has to offer. And Vanilla was the icing on the cake!!!! "Rally weekend"
We booked this accomondation just to stay in Coffs Harbour over the WRC Rally weekend event. Unfortunatly the event got cancelled due to the horrible weather conditions and fires. As we had the whole weekend planned long time ahead, we still decided to go and enjoy this beautiful accomodation. Not regretting it even for a second. It has been the best experience we have ever had with these kind of accomondations, like Airbnb and homestay. Lucy and Graham really are SUPERHOSTS! And their house with the surroundings is gorgeous. We had the best communication and Lucy kept us properly updated with the weather conditions. They just really want to make your stay special and enjoyable. I wish Coffs Harbour would be closer to us and we could have more holidays in their amazing accomondation.

Bucks weekend
This entire experience has been excellent, from communications with the home owner, to the property itself. We enjoyed a beautiful weekend, the home was set up wonderfully for a large group, i found the homeowners to be incredibly accomodating. The property is set in a gorgeous location, which set the backdrop for a weekend of memories not soon forgotten. I thoroughly recommend booking the home. Thanks for everything Lucy and graham

A beautiful property great for families or large groups
We had 20 people stay on the site. Everybody enjoyed the weekend so much that we have rebooked for next yeat. The property is large enough that you can come together as a group our find a quiet space by yourself. The property owners were lovely and could not have been more helpful.

Beautiful home for a family gathering
Lovely and peaceful surroundings with lots of privacy. But also close enough to Coffs Harbour if you wanted to go into town. This home offered lots of space for a large family to come together. There were communal areas as well as separate spaces for all to feel comfortable. Our hosts were very helpful and made us feel welcome. Thank you.

Great property with ample amenities and space for families.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Fern Ridge in early February 2019. The house and property are huge with ample space for our crew of 5 adults and 5 kids. We had a great time using the pool/outdoor/BBQ area, playing billiards and table tennis. The kitchen had all utensils and cooking items you could think of for cooking and BBQing. Generally the house is well equipped with all you could need and even has items such as beach towels & umbrellas; and the milk, bacon and eggs in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch. Can't forget to mention we all loved the donkey, Vanilla. She'd let us know each morning and afternoon that she'd be waiting to be fed her carrots which the kids loved doing.
