This stunning Hillside villa located in the Ko Olina resort is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath fully furnished unit. Walk into the entryway to find the first floor powder room to the left next to the high efficiency front loader washing machines. From there you step into the kitchen where you will find everything you will need for home-cooking and family meals. The kitchen overlooks the living area that has a gorgeous island-chic dining table. The living room has incredibly comfortable seating and is designed with a plantation style motif. The sliding glass doors lead out to the lanai where you will find a brand new apple-red gas grill with plenty of outdoor seating. There is a large shared lawn just off the lanai and the unit is in a quiet location.
Up the stairs there is a beautiful and bright guest room with a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The room has beautiful furniture with lots of drawer space. The second guest room has two twin beds, sliding mirrored closets with additional shelving installed. The master bedroom is the homes' best feature. The spacious king bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a huge mounted flat screen and high-end solid wood furniture. The master has a massive closet with 8ft sliding mirror doors and there is also an additional linen closet. The master bathroom has a beautiful vanity and shower. The guest bathroom has a shower and a tub.
This home has a large one-car garage with additional shelving and is located across from the community pool. This villa really feels like home and your family will love the resort-lifestyle!

Loved this place!
Me, my husband, twin boys, and mother stayed here for a month around Christmas and New Year, and we really enjoyed the home! We could walk to the lagoons, use the pool/hot tub, and the location was central to either head to the west side beaches, north shore, waikiki, or to jump on H3 to Kailua. The house had comfortable beds, quality furniture, well equipped kitchen, laundry, and a small outdoor space. We felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. Our dishwasher stopped working a week into our trip, and while we didnt have one for about ten days, Ola's maintenance eventually installed a new one. Thanks for the stay and great communication!

Quiet pleasant place
I stayed with my teenage twins for a month and loved it !
We didn’t have to rent a car for entire month because of the convenient location.
The property managers were helpful and responsive to my asks and requests . They upgraded the internet for us . I would definitely come back .

The condo is in a good area,close to the lagoons and shops. The bedrooms were great but the tv's in both rooms didn't work right with their cable and the living room is very small to be cooped up in as we were quarantined for our last 2 weeks so we left 1 week early.
