Great for families

The hide-a-bed was very comfy. The resort pools and lagoon were glorious. Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker. Nice to have laundry available in room. We made this our base for day trips to the North Shore and Lanikai Beach.

Family time

The hide-a-bed was very comfortable. Great to have laundry in the room. The kitchen has pots, pans, even a rice cooker. All these details allowed our small family to enjoy a resort vacation at minimal expense. We made this our home base for day trips to North Shore and beautiful Lanikai Beach. Plenty to do at the resort with multiple pools and the lagoon.

Highly recommend Vacation candy!

I can’t say it enough! Highly recommend. Vacation candy is the way to go. I have vacationed with them a few times while others booked and I went along. This was my first time booking with them personally. It was a flawless process. This trip I actually booked Ko Olina Marriott and then jumped over to Westin villas North Maui. These are both vacation Candy properties. The staff is friendly and helpful. Vacation candy checkin was smooth and seamless. We booked the 1 bedroom at both places. Very roomy and great for making meals in to save money. Lagoons at Ko’Olina are amazing for just relaxing at floating. Beach in Kaanapali is beautiful and even some turtles while snorkeling. Can’t beat the location for both of these resorts. I can’t wait to come back :)

Perfect Vacation

I had never heard of Vacation Candy when I made reservations for our special trip to Hawaii. I was nervous about the outcome. The minute we arrived and walked into the condo I was pleasantly surprised. It was beyond perfect. The condo was beautiful, clean. PERFECT! The staff was great. The grounds were excellent. We have traveled for spring trips quite often and I have to say this was my most pleasant experience. I will definitely book through Vacation Candy again.

Awesome pools and giant room!

It was our first time in Ko'Olina and this resort. The staff was fantastic and we so helpful even though I arrived around 11pm with my little girl fast asleep. Our room was clean and it was the biggest 2 bedroom condo I have ever stayed in and would nicely accommodate 2 families or 8 people. There were many pools and a great pool for families with kids. The beach is dmdll but it's perfect for little ones and fun yo paddle board in. The cove kept out the big waves. This is a great place to stay for everyone and the ground and staff were wonderful. I would definitely recommend and return happily!

Relaxing resort away from Waikiki crowds

Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club is one of the few resorts on the island of Oahu. While there are tons of hotels in Waikiki, few have villas or suites to accommodate families or groups larger than 4 occupants, and almost none have full kitchens! Ko Olina is one of the newest resort areas on Oahu. A 45-minute drive from Waikiki and only 30 minutes to Pearl Harbor, we found that our day trips to different parts of the island were easy with a rental car. And we always rushed back to our comfortable, clean room. The resort had plenty of enjoyable amenities we enjoyed, such as the 3 pools (including one quiet "tranquility" pool), many hot tubs (including one right next to the beach!), gym, ping pong table, live music & luau, free DVD rentals, and easy lagoon access. There were activities scheduled daily that gave us plenty to do without leaving the resort. For a Maui-like resort stay on Oahu with access to the Oahu sights, sounds, and eats, this was the perfect fit for our needs!

Beautiful resort right on a private lagoon. Away from all the crowds and hustle and bustle of Aulani right down the street. Also removed yet close enough to drive to of Honolulu. Centrally located to north shore , Pearl Harbor and Waikiki beach. Nice dining choices but also can cook in your room and use bbq facilities. Beautiful pools and beach area

Beautiful!!!!!

We have stayed at many Marriott Resort properties and they have all been extremely nice and clean. But the Kp Olina Beach Resort is, by far, the most beautiful resort we have stayed at and one of the most beautiful resorts that I have seen! The staff is the best, the grounds are impeccably clean and the view and location are amazing! I can't wait to go back!

Ideal vacation spot

Location, accessibility, the people! If I could've given 10 stars I would've. The drive out to the west side of the island was beautiful and not congested with highrises. The views of the mountains and the ocean was pristine. The hotel is located in the opposite direction of Waikiki, and I am glad I chose this location. I wasn't in the middle of "tourist kingdom" and that allowed me the opportunity to easily mingle with the local people, local shops and eateries, and I was able to really experience the island and its host culture.

Good family spot

We had a fun vacation with our two littles...lots of pool and hot tub options plus easy beach access. Only suggestion is to request a room higher than the 5th floor. We were originally on the 4th floor and our room was very dark. Once we moved up a couple of floors, our stay was much more enjoyable since we could actually see out.

Stayed in Aulani the year before, so our expectations were high, but besides the great pool experience for the little ones, this place was just as great, for less than half the price! If I didn't have a place in HI to house sit this summer trip, we would've definitely been back!!! Maybe (probably) next year?
