    • Standard Checkout Time is 10:00 AM.

    • Smoking Policy: We are committed to a smoke-free environment. For outdoor designated smoking areas, see your resort map. Smoking in your villa or on your patio/balcony may result in a $250 cleaning charge.

    • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

    • Incidental Holds: A temporary authorization hold of $250 is standard at check-in to secure resort charging privileges. The final hold amount may vary slightly depending on your exact length of stay. To avoid automated additional holds, you can choose to pay directly at resort registers with your credit card. Unused holds are released at checkout and typically take 3–7 business days to clear.

    [b]Taxes:[/b] The State of Hawaii mandates a flat Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) on all timeshare bookings. This cannot be prepaid and will bill to your room daily: $11.54/night for Studios, $23.07–$34.61/night for 2-Bedrooms, and $38.08/night for 3-Bedrooms.

    [b]Parking:[/b] Standard vehicle parking is 100% complimentary for owners/members (1 car for studios/2-BRs, 2 cars for 3-BRs).

    All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

    The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.

We had a great stay at the resort and our rooms were large and clean. It was great having a kitchen to cut down on the cost of eating out as well. Loved the Ko Olina area vs. most of the other areas we visited as well and were happy we made it our home base. Pools were great, as was the cove and beach. Unfortunately we ended up in a ground floor unit with a view of the parking lot. Apparently if you're looking for something specific (higher floor, view etc.) you're supposed to mention it upon booking, but given that the photos looked like the property was on a higher floor with a view, we didn't know we were supposed to do that, so were disappointed with the location of our room, especially given the published photos and cost. Otherwise though, we had a great time at the resort and would definitely go back.
