The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
This newly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa on the 8th floor of the Beach Tower offers a poolside location with stunning ocean views. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with an open-concept living space.
- Master Bedroom: King bed
- Second Bedroom: 2 twin beds (can be converted to a king bed upon request)

Additional amenities include:
- Sofa bed in the living room
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating and views of the lagoon pool and resort.
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- Spacious dining table for 6
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom

Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:

**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

- Nearby Attractions -
During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Please be aware that vacant hotel sites on either side of the property may undergo development in the future. Beautiful place

We had a great time and loved the condo. It was beautiful with great amenities. We will be returning. Monica was great. Anything you needed was taken care of. The personal touch of making sure you are settled and showing you around was top notch. Thank you. We will be back next year.

You know how you look at advertisements and you think all this is too good to be true? Well, this place was everything they said, and more! We had a wonderful vacation. The property manager was so responsive and the facilities were top notch. All of the amenities in the villa were as stated, and absolutely top-of-the-line. Couldn’t have had a better time.

Spectacular view

This Villa was stunning!! The location is absolutely perfect, with all the extra amenities in the villa. They have really thought of everything to make this feel like home away from home. Where you escape and relax in a magical paradise. My only tip, is bring your own food and cocktails down to the pool or beach. The food and drinks at bar by the pool were unfortunately awful.Thanks to the villa they have a wagon and cooler to pack your own things. They truly have thought of everything. We will be going back!!

Home away from home

This unit was spacious and clean with updated appliances. The lanai was enormous and relaxing with a phenomenal view that was shielded from the hot afternoon. In the most positives ways, the level of comfort and relaxation we experienced was truly a home away from home feeling.

Outstanding Stay at Beach Villas at Ko Olina

Our stay at Beach Villas B805 at Ko Olina exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Every detail from our unit matched exactly what was described in the listing - no surprises, just exactly what we hoped for.The pool and hot tub were absolute hits with our entire family of six - from our 8 and 11-year-old kids to the grandparents, everyone found their perfect spot to relax and enjoy. The pool area quickly became our favorite gathering place between beach adventures. We loved having easy access to the walking trail, which provided beautiful scenic strolls and a great way to explore the area. The location couldn't be better - just steps from the lagoon where we enjoyed incredible ocean swimming in calm, crystal-clear waters.Beach Villas at Ko Olina delivered on every promise and created memories we'll treasure forever. We're already planning our return visit!

Beautiful condo

I have stayed in many vacation properties, and this one was probably the cleanest I’ve ever been in. It’s beautiful and in a lovely resort. I didn’t give it 5 stars because of one issue. The internet connection is unreliable. Every time we turned on the television, it became a 15 minute process to get the internet. My iPad couldn’t connect. The phones were usually ok. If that issue is solved, then this is the perfect place. This was my first time in Ko Olina and I found it charming. The beaches were fantastic. Thanks for a great visit.
