Great place, well maintained and very clean. Garage stocked with everything you need for beach. Some of the upstairs doors are bizarre and would not stay open without a door stop. That said, generally a great property and I would stay again.
Perfect location and townhouse ideally located just across the street from Napili beach. Well stocked with everything we needed and several blocks away from a nice farmers market/local grocery for everything else. Very comfortable and ideal for a weeklong stay. No complaints whatsoever about the accommodations and quality of everything in the house. Small area for improvement--the patio is located next to a dirt driveway/empty lot (which was also a nice positive to us as we had a nice view of some beautiful large monkeypod trees next door) but as such, everything was covered in the fine red dirt that is typical of West Maui--and patio area, outdoor cushions/chairs hadn't really been cleaned well before our stay so wasn't easy to use the patio without getting the dirt on our feet/pants/etc and tracking into the unit.

Perfect for 3 couples + 2 Singles
Loved our stay at Residences at Napili Bay A1. The space is great for our family which had 3 couples and 2 single adults, as long as one of the couples is okay with staying at on the pull-out bed. The home is absolutely beautiful and in a convenient location walking distance from the beach. A small grocery store is about 1 mile away with some restaurants close by as well. The neighborhood is low-key and quiet with the Ritz close by.
Our family also enjoyed the additional equipment including the beach chairs, cooler bags, towels, body boards, and snorkeling gear!
We will def book again!
Great property, loved how everything was stocked and all the extras for beach time. Great place.

Loved Maui Westside
We loved our stay at this condo! 2 minute walk to the beach at Napili Bay. Wonderful supply of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. Communication was great and AC worked great.
This property was ideal in every way. Modern, clean, location near beach, and communication with property management was instantaneous. Highly recommend.
My family of 7 found the beds and pillows comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location across a small street from Napili Bay Beach was fantastic!
It is very well maintained everything you need for a vacation getaway, it is 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Has beach toys for the kids, chairs and beach towels. Would definitely recommend. Very easy to communicate with.

Great place to stay, will return!
This condo was perfect for our recent stay on Maui. We sort of randomly chose to stay in the Napili bay area, but so glad we did! The area is pretty quiet and very convenient to walk to various activities like beaches and snorkeling (both Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay), coffee shop (Island Vibes is AMAZING), restaurants (Seahouse, Merrimans), and Snorkel Bobs. The walkability factor is SO convenient. The condo is reasonable driving distance from Whalers Village, popular west Maui restaurants, and ziplining in Kapalua. The unit itself is perfect for 5 people. It is newly renovated and has absolutely everything you would need including laundry machines and a lot of quality beach gear. We liked that the property was gated but the area seems extremely safe regardless. We only had to reach out to the property manager once for something small and they were super responsive and professional. We recommend this property and will stay here again when we are able to return to Maui!
We loved our stay at this condo. It is directly across the street from Napili Bay which is one of my absolute favorite beaches. Parking can be difficult and expensive to go to this beach so being walkable across the street was a huge benefit! The condo itself was wonderful and as advertised. We had 7 people, 3 of which were singles needing their own beds and there were plenty of beds to accommodate all. Our trip was short but had we stayed longer we would have had multiple opportunities to utilize the backyard accommodations and the beach toys/equipment. The condo stayed cool in all rooms… no humidity/heat issues and the beds were comfy. There were 3 gate/door codes to remember but all instructions were laid out very nicely and easy to access. I shared all the info to each of our phones so that we all had codes readily accessible. Communication and info was all VERY easy. We would definitely recommend this stay.

Perfect Getaway!
This is an amazing place in an amazing location. It is basically across the street from the beach - super convenient. The provided beach gear is easy to get across the street and there were plenty of chairs for all of us. The bay is heaven. You can just float for hours. The water is clear and was calm the entire time. (Bring your reef-safe sunscreen!)
There’s a market a few blocks away and also several restaurants on walking distance. (Gazebo, Seahouse, Merriman’s, and a few other places we didn’t get to.
I am training for a half marathon and was able to run six miles, mainly staring out to the ocean. (A bit hilly so you’ll get some leg work in!). Most of the path is a wide sidewalk and, if you’re lucky, you might see some chickens or cats along the way! (Yes, there are chickens and roosters all over Hawaii. They’re so beautiful!)
The lanai/yard was relaxing and I looked forward to sitting out there with a glass of wine many evenings. The refrigerator is brand new and there is a reverse osmosis water filter thing which saved us from buying bottles and bottles of water. The provided coffee was yummy and the shampoo and conditioner was actually kind of nice! We stayed in a couple of nights because the house is so relaxing.
All in all, staying here saved us a lot of money and we had a great time.
