Holiday Homes in Kapaa

"We had a great time. The location is very central and we loved being able to do the very short walk to the beach for sunrise, and all day activities, and it's walking distance to "downtown" Kapaa. The host (Donna) was very responsive and proactively reached out to make sure we were doing well. The house was clean and comfortable to stay in and we had marked parking so we didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot. Kitchen was stocked well. Limited ocean views from balcony. (can see the ocean a little bit...large hotel in main view to ocean),there's no air condition, but many fans. (it cools off a lot during the evening and night times). One small issue, there was a chicken (they are all over the place; feral chickens...) that was noisy thru part of the night, the windows have only screens and loose shutters (might want ear plugs it you are a light sleeper). The main rooms were cozy and beds were very comfortable. over all, great place to stay."

"Condo is located close to Kuhio highway, lots of road noise. Checkin process is very confusing, no office staff onsite. Process was not communicated clearly at all. Both TVs/remotes did not work and there was nobody to call or come fix it. Pools are cold and hot tub way too hot. Room was spacious and clean. "

"Thank you for a great stay! Location was excellent with bike rentals for the path right across the alley. On the ocean for spectacular sunrise! Had enough space for myself and three daughters so we could all have our own bed which was great! "
