"We had a great stay here. The location was great. Felt safe, the hot tub worked as promised. The kitchen was stocked with the basics for our cooking. I will note that while the house sleeps 16…the rest of the house is really only amenable to about 8-10 adults if you plan to spend much time in the house. The table seats 8 (but there are 4 bar stools as well). The living areas both also seat about 7-8 adults. We had 8 adults in our party and it worked very well for us but would have been crowded with too many more. "
