"Room was dirty, terrible customer service, breakfast was god awful. All they had was bread and cereal, milk was expired by a week, apple juice was fermented. It was gross. Do not stay here. This place sucks, pretty sure they have bed bugs as well."

"I had a great experience during my stay. The service throughout was excellent, but I especially want to recognize Ivan. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel welcome from start to finish. Ivan was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to recommend some great Casino’s and his suggestions did not disappoint. It really made my stay even better knowing I could rely on his guidance. "Our room wasn’t the greatest. It was showing its age and the room could use some regular maintenance. Having said that, the staff is wonderful. Definitely one of my better experiences staff wise."
