the carriage house was delightfully cozy and uniquely themed as advertised. We love the college hills neighborhood, which is centrally located for everything we needed for our visit. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Stay in Adorable Neighborhood

This apartment is even cuter in person. Loved being able to walk to a nice dinner and drinks. Live music at Oliver's Lounge made a perfect Saturday night.

The place was perfect. Great location. Centrally located to nice restaurants and bars. Safe area to take your dog on walks. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

This cozy property was located in a historic neighborhood and was easy to access and close to everywhere I needed in Wichita. The attention to detail in the decor was amazing, and felt like a small museum. Quirky, cozy spot

We really liked the vibe of this place. Located above a garage in a beautiful neighborhood of old homes. Maybe this was where the help lived back in the day? Leans into the wood paneled, masculine feel. Decorated with interesting vintage memorabilia. Cozy and comfortable. Close to downtown and lots of great restaurants.

What an amazing neighborhood!

Such a wonderful neighborhood! Gorgeous homes lining the streets. This is a back house above the garage and it's so stinkin' cute. I felt warm with the wall heating unit and floor heater, despite it being frigid outside!! The owner was so nice to salt the steps and even scrape my car windows! 5 stars!!

Great location and a wonderful surprise!

The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The studio has everything you didn’t know you needed. The manager is close and responds very fast. I will always look at this location for availability when I come back to Wichita. I also found an adorable coffee shop near by. This was my first time renting a private property and I was not disappointed.

Fun spot to stay

This was a fun spot to stay - really wish we had been able to stick around longer! Great to know it’s pet friendly for the next time we’re traveling through the area. The host was super helpful and communicative during our stay. We did accidentally park in the neighbor’s driveway at first when unloading and felt bad about that when he came out to let us know. Some things were a bit dusty but I confess I’m one of those weirdos who notices dust - everything else was clean and tidy! Overall: my husband loved the carriage house so much that he wants to rebuild our garage so that we can have one too. lol

Well taken care of

Owner went out of his way to be sure we had a place to stay after the reservation was double booked. We were set up at another location and every details handled. The alternate location was great, well taken care of, fantastic extra, A++ host. We will be back on out trips to Wichita. Quiet dead-end street with a very peaceful feel. Some great bathroom art!! Lol

A cozy and nostalgic getaway!I truly enjoyed my stay here while visiting my son who is attending grad school. The carriage house has such a unique, nostalgic charm — it feels like stepping back in time in the best way. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and perfect for walking or biking.
