"One of the staff at the lobby was not very helpful and professional and the outdoor bath was tepid, with very little hot water. The bath on the lower floor was hot enough and needs updating. Lots of food for the buffet and that was their best selling point. "

We really enjoyed that you get to use one of the four onsen for yourself/your party for 1 hour, just make sure you go at the designated time slot and the onsen you chose. There is English intructions to help you use the amenities as well as an explanation of the inn and their areas. The only issue is we found mold growing in the AC which we did use...
