Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. "房間舒適、服務細心、早餐和晚餐都很豐富和味道相當好。 所有職員也相當有禮，其中一位職員，可能他知道我們兩個男士食量比較大，也擔心我們可能晚一點會肚餓，拿了兩份點心給我們做宵夜這個很窩心😊😊（其實晚餐都很豐富） 另外一位會說中文的職員，在早餐的時候提醒我們有接送車送我們到車站，這個也很讚。 唯一缺點就是這裏的Wi-Fi收得不太好，可能這裏始終是比較遠離市區，只要自己有足夠的數據就OK了。 今次入住體驗相當好，已經打算下次待冬天有機會再來。 在這𥚃感謝山人酒店的每佇工作人員給了我一個很好的住宿體驗😊😊❤️❤️謝謝你們！"

"チェックインからの対応はとても良いです。館内は回廊のようになっていますが、中居さんが説明をしてくれながら部屋まで案内してくれます。 温泉はトロトロのお湯でとても気持ち良かった。会席料理もどれも美味しく満足できました。　 部屋もお風呂もどこも清潔で気持ち良く過ごせます。 平日の宿泊だったのでとてもゆっくりできましたが、繁忙期だと状況も違うかもしれません。また来てみたい宿のひとつです。"

"ホテル花巻、紅葉館と３階の連絡通路で繋がっているので、３館の温泉を楽しめるのがいいです。ただし結構距離はあると思います。夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルですが、夕食は品数も多くて和洋中あり、満足でした。朝食はルートインなどのビジネスホテルと大差ない内容です(違いはオムレツを作ってくれるのと、かに雑炊とアイスがあるくらいで、おかずはむしろ少ないと思います)。"
