"房間舒適、服務細心、早餐和晚餐都很豐富和味道相當好。 所有職員也相當有禮，其中一位職員，可能他知道我們兩個男士食量比較大，也擔心我們可能晚一點會肚餓，拿了兩份點心給我們做宵夜這個很窩心😊😊（其實晚餐都很豐富） 另外一位會說中文的職員，在早餐的時候提醒我們有接送車送我們到車站，這個也很讚。 唯一缺點就是這裏的Wi-Fi收得不太好，可能這裏始終是比較遠離市區，只要自己有足夠的數據就OK了。 今次入住體驗相當好，已經打算下次待冬天有機會再來。 在這𥚃感謝山人酒店的每佇工作人員給了我一個很好的住宿體驗😊😊❤️❤️謝謝你們！"

"Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked. Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!"

"チェックインからの対応はとても良いです。館内は回廊のようになっていますが、中居さんが説明をしてくれながら部屋まで案内してくれます。 温泉はトロトロのお湯でとても気持ち良かった。会席料理もどれも美味しく満足できました。　 部屋もお風呂もどこも清潔で気持ち良く過ごせます。 平日の宿泊だったのでとてもゆっくりできましたが、繁忙期だと状況も違うかもしれません。また来てみたい宿のひとつです。"

"ホテル花巻、紅葉館と３階の連絡通路で繋がっているので、３館の温泉を楽しめるのがいいです。ただし結構距離はあると思います。夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルですが、夕食は品数も多くて和洋中あり、満足でした。朝食はルートインなどのビジネスホテルと大差ない内容です(違いはオムレツを作ってくれるのと、かに雑炊とアイスがあるくらいで、おかずはむしろ少ないと思います)。"

"Absolutely perfect week-long stay at this Dormy. The onsen was wonderful, the room was spacious, the facilities and parking garage were terrific. Also really happy we chose to stay on this side of the city instead of the more built-up areas around the train station.
