温泉は大満足です。3つのホテルの温泉をはしごして楽しむ事ができました。 ただ、一部外国人宿泊者がモラルにかけた様子が見られたのは残念です。 夕食会場でホテルの係の方にテーブルに案内して頂き、家族5人でバイキング料理を選び 、テーブルに戻ると別の家族客が陣取り、自分たちも係に案内されて座っているとの事。楽しみにしている食事の前にギクシャクしたくなかったので別の席へ変更を受け入れました。ホテルの係の方から失礼しましたとは言われましたが、接客の流れからしても失礼すぎるのではないでしょうか？残念です。 チェックインしてくつろいでいたら、上の階からバタン、ドンと物音が少しうるさかったですがまずは温泉に入ってさっぱりして、 ...

Hanamaki Onsen Hotel Senshukaku
ホテル花巻、紅葉館と３階の連絡通路で繋がっているので、３館の温泉を楽しめるのがいいです。ただし結構距離はあると思います。夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルですが、夕食は品数も多くて和洋中あり、満足でした。朝食はルートインなどのビジネスホテルと大差ない内容です(違いはオムレツを作ってくれるのと、かに雑炊とアイスがあるくらいで、おかずはむしろ少ないと思います)。
