Nice vacation home. Comfortable. Good communication with management company, it has the best location to pool and we enjoyed having the green space off lanai. Would stay here again.
My family had a lovely stay at this condo. Close to beaches, shops and aloha mixed plate. Also good launching pad for other adventures like ziplining, snorkeling and kayaking. Clean and modern with a nice pool and great beds. Mahalo!

Best “stocked” place we’ve ever stayed with hate, chairs, snorkeling gear, fins, 2 sets of golf clubs, coolers and much more. Made the trip easy with no need to buy or rent beach items.

Overall excellent arrived at night unit numbering system a little bizarre making late arrival a little confusing. Spectacular sunrise enjoyed the gym. Will highly recommend
great location..great beach nearby. Problem is the unit is next to a 2 story unit and the upstairs of that unit is above this one and the walking of adults and running of children noise is terrible. The tvs all need updated hardware..very difficult to get to work. It is nice and clean however.
Unit was very comfortable and clean. Very disappointed that swimming pool and hot tub not available for our entire stay and noise from that pool repair was distracting. We were given a 20 percent refund for this, but it should have been emphasized in the listing in HUGE Print the dates pool would be not available. We did very much enjoy the Beach Club however, and the ocean felt wonderful!

Nice.
This unit is nice. Difficult to find and directions given were not to this specific unit so that was confusing. It is very clean and old school island decor that is tasteful. Location is close to pool. Hot tub is not heated. It is pretty well stocked not as well as some locations we have stayed.
We had a couple of things that were safety concerns. We were there for my son’s wedding and needed the iron and it is broken and missing safety guard.
Some things about this unit
Master on suite bathroom has no door. It’s open concept. Be sure to close the blinds. Toilet does have a pocket door.
Ventilation is not good. They don’t want you using electricity so we tried to refrain from using the dryer but with the humidity and then trying to dry things, everything seemed damp. It was icky. You are not suppose to hang things on lanai to dry but the people next to us did. So maybe we should have.
This unit had very noisy neighbors. Starting at 5:30 in the morning and til :30 at night the heard of elephants above us were trying to get their daily steps in and having gym class. It’s was really loud and hard to sleep.
AC doesn’t really carry
Over to the bedrooms. Ceiling Fans are nice.
Towels are fine but bring beach towels. The ones here are more for children.
We had family stying in 4 different units in the resort. 1 in The Villages 3 in the Fairways. Those locations were so much nicer. All of them. All updated. Beautiful. Pool area is nice and hot tin heated. Units stocked!!
Kona Concierge was amazing. David was very patient with us, super responsive, and so helpful in ensuring that we made the most of our time on the island.This particular unit had a lot of issues, but it was totally livable and was well-stocked with beach gear.
We really enjoyed our time at the property. The pool is right out the backdoor which is great when you have kids. The property was clean and well maintained and perfect for our family. Embarrassingly, when I booked our stay I made it 1 day to short, fortunately the great property management company very quickly added another night to our stay. We look forward to returning!
This condo was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay during our trip to the Big Island. Quiet location just a few steps away from the pool. The property provided everything you need from shampoo,conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent and also had everything you need for a day at the beach (cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs). My only recommendation would be a room darkening shade in the master bedroom for the early Big Island sun!
