Amazing!

This is an amazing property, highest standards when it comes to cleanliness. Accommodation is well stocked and contained everything we needed. Centrally located to all the best beaches, access to the Mauna Lani beach club, fabulous pool and grounds are exceptionally kept. Definitely looking forward to our next stay.

Best Vrbo at the Fairways.

It was great staying in a condo that supplied basic necessities in the kitchen. We also had access to beach chairs and bikes. And of course the best perk was an access card to the Beach Club. My friends and I call it Mai Tai beach and it’s our happy place!

Resort Quality Accomodations

Resort quality condo with beautiful pool and outdoor space. Home was fully equipped with everything you could need for a fantastic holiday. Owners have thought of everything, including recreational equipment. Owner was very responsive and extremely considerate. We will definitely return!

Family Vacation in Mauna Lani

We've been fortunate enough to stay on the big island several times. This unit is the best equipped we've ever been to. There is simply too much to list. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. It had a nice lanai and barbeque and was right across from the pool. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing

As always, Muana Lani was a perfect gem. The pool was clean and warm and the beach club provided some of the best snorkeling on the island. The shaded and padded beach club cabanas provided great relief to my daughter who needed to stay out of the sun. The condo was well stocked and clean. The owners were extremely prompt when issues came up and very helpful.

Wonderful Place in Hawaii

Laura's property was great. SO MANY TOYS! Snorkel gear, bikes, scooters, water noodles and more! Location across from pool gate was so nice to have. Jump over to the pool and pop back in for lunch or snack, no long walks! Plenty of plates and sharp knives. We loved it. Laura was amazing to work with through covid and managment company was great when having to replace a broken faucet. Highly recomend.

Conference in Hawaii!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo. It was as beautiful as the pictures show it to be. We loved the ample space, the proximity to the pool, the quiet!, and your wonderfully stocked kitchen. The beds and linens were such nice quality and very comfortable. My husband was attending a conference at the Fairmont Orchid and your location was perfect! We even walked to one of the events instead of driving. The high speed internet worked well (our son was able to watch an MLB game on his ipod and the streaming was excellent) and the printer came in handy to print out our boarding passes for the flight back. Laura, you are such a pleasure to work with! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Hawaii. We definitely want to stay there again!

So Wonderful That We Had to Return!

We stayed at this property in November and loved it so much that we planned another Big Island vacation as soon as we returned home! It truly has everything you could possibly want/need during your stay (even a guitar to play :O) and is very clean and well maintained. The garage is full of beach gear and bikes to use. We biked every day and snorkeled multiple times at the private owner’s beach. It’s close by and the snorkeling is great there. This rental is also close to Hapuna Beach, which is another favorite of ours. Foodland Farms Super Market is located just up the road and is open until 7 pm daily. Laura is wonderful to work with and we were honored to meet her in person this year. She accommodated a special request we made and suggested several more great places to visit this time around. We definitely plan to return and highly recommend this property. Thank you for another wonderful stay, Laura!

Perfect location for Hawaii 70.3 race

I have done the Hawaii 70.3 race a number of times now and this location (Fairways Mauna Lani) is simply a no brainer. This specific condo was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything. The few days before the race I just wanted to chill n cook at home and it had everything - even Tupperware for storing the huge amounts of leftovers. The owner Laura had informed me that the microwave was not working - and she went to the trouble of making sure a replacement unit was ready when I got there - much appreciated ! The garage even had a bike pump - useful for our race bikes ! This unit was a great place to chill and recuperate from the heat. I’m definitely thinking of returning.

The condo has everything we needed. Extra spices and food prep items was much appreciated. The beds and pillows were the coziest of our different stays in Hawaii. Lots of room to get a quiet moment from family. The pool was super close for convenience but never loud. The Mauna Lani beach club was a quick drive. Get there early for a parking space. We walked to the resort to see the sea turtles being released on the 4th of July. Rode bikes around the resort area and walked along the shoreline by the Fairmont Orchid. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

Spectacular!

Thank you for the privilege of our stay so we could celebrate our 2 sons and their accomplishments of graduation. The condo was wonderful! Everything was perfect! Comfortable for us all. We cooked many meals, bbq on the lani, swam in the pool that’s just steps out the back, we went snorkeling at the beach club, hiked to a black sand beach, nighttime manta ray snorkel, saw waterfalls, volcanoes, learned lots of Hawaiian history and visited lots of historical places and landmarks. So much yummy food (Lava lava beach club, Fish and the Hog, Hawaiian doughnuts, shaved ice) and so much more. The condo truly felt like home away from home, so thoughtfully furnished and stocked for your comfort and convenience. We stopped at Costco and stocked up on food we needed for the week but so many little things like spices and condiments were provided and if there was anything we didn’t have we were able to grab at a nearby store. Sadly our stay of 9 days went way too fast and we had to say goodbye but our amazing memories will be forever!Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable we hope to be back sooner than later.

Perfect in So Many Ways!

Laura’s place was perfect for our 8 day family holiday- spacious, great location, clean, and well stocked with everything a family could use on a tropical holiday. We also ate all our suppers in, and the kitchen had everything we needed plus more. Beach club access was another bonus, especially since the location offers some natural shade. Laura was also very responsive to our questions. We would love to return here on our next holiday, thank-you so much for sharing your place!

Great family getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Laura’s property! She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. The home itself was well-stocked with plenty of supplies and amenities, making our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect—close to lots of fun activities and attractions. Plus, being so close to the pool was a huge bonus! We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

This place is magical!

Beautifully appointed home on with all the amenities needed to fully enjoy a vacation on the Big Island. With the pool and hot tub just feet from the lanai, we ended up spending a couple afternoons relaxing there instead of sightseeing - very relaxing. We loved everything about this place and are already planning a return trip!

Amazing condo

This unit provided all the comforts of home plus extras to enjoy Hawaii. The kitchen was well stocked, including decent knives. We really appreciated having snorkeling gear and ice chests as well.

Everything you need!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, well situated, and furnished beautifully. We didn't lack for anything in the kitchen (and we cooked in all but one night) and having bikes was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Mauna Lani Fairways

Short of repeating amenities, I'll confirm they are as stated by the description and the excellent reviews. This property accommodated all the wishes we had for our visit to Hawaiii (we didn't realize the pool was right outside our door). It's close to a number of good restaurants (Halani in particular) and to a good grocery store. The owner was very quick to respond to the few questions we had and we would definitely rent again in the future. Thanks, Laura.

Exceeded Expectations!

I had high expectations given the prior reviews, but this property exceeded expectations. After we got home, my wife, said: "Every time I turned around, they had exactly what I needed and it was exactly where I needed it, and I didn't even know I needed it. It's like they thought of everything and went out of their way to make staying here easy and comfortable." A few things that I did not see in prior reviews that might be good for future guests to know: 1. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable! It is by far the most comfortable bed (and pillows) we have ever had at a vacation property. 2. The pool is the perfect temperature and was never crowded. We were always able to find loungers out there. 3. The unit looks so much better in person than it does in the pictures. 4. It seemed the upstairs patio furniture was recently replaced as it looked brand new and was also very comfortable. I did not realize how much time we would spend out there, but the evening breeze was so relaxing we were out there every night. 5. The grill was easy to use. The unit's back porch was shaded in the afternoon and evening (actually most of the day because of the trees), so it wasn't in the blazing sun while I was cooking dinner. It was very comfortable to cook and eat out there every evening. Overall this place gets an A+ (the owners too - they were as kind and accommodating as the prior reviews say!)
