Guest Bedroom: Two Twin Beds - beds are converted to a King Bed.  They can be converted back to Twins with advance request prior to arrival.

MAUNA KEA RESORT AMENITY PROGRAM: Guests have option to add on the Mauna Kea Hotel Gold Membership and Hapuna Hotel amenity access program for additional fees (see below for fees) . Please inquire on details. At least, one week advance notice/registration required to participate in this benefit. Here are the details: Two Beaches – towels, chairs, umbrellas (rental of beach equipment such as snorkels, fins and boogie boards is available for a fee). Two Pools – towels, chairs. Two Golf Courses (at special rates). Seaside Tennis Club (at hotel guest rates). Two Fitness Centers (general access & use of equipment and facilities is included; there is a charge for all classes). Entry Key Cards for access to parking lots and fitness centers at both hotels. Charging Privileges – for ease in using Resort restaurants, retail shops and activities.

$300+tax per day, per house, for 4 bedroom accommodation-non peak dates. 
$450+tax per day , per house, for 4 bedroom accommodations for Nov 21-27, 2026 and December 19, 2026-January 2, 2027)

PLEASE NOTE:  There is ongoing construction on an adjacent lot.  Work days and times are Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:00pm.  No work on weekends.
PLEASE NOTE:  There is a neighborhood cat that may be at the property (exterior of home).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
TELEVISION: TV'S located in Living Room and bedrooms
PARKING: Parking in the driveway. There is no garage access. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
SWIMMING POOL: Private Swimming Pool heated to 82 degrees. Swimming pool is not safety fenced.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
