Kulalani at Mauna Lani is a private gated community of quiet luxury townhomes, conveniently located in the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort right next to the 5-star Fairmont Orchid Resort and easy walking distance to beautiful ocean side sunsets and The Shops at Mauna Lani.

Unit 205 is a 2-story upscale retreat with no one upstairs or down. It is extremely quiet and restful with a private mountain view. This unit offers a downstairs primary bedroom suite and two upstairs bedrooms. Elegantly appointed for comfortable extended stay and spacious enough for entertaining. Enjoy preparing a meal in the outdoor kitchen on your private lanai on the Viking gas barbeque - the perfect place to grill a Parker Ranch steak or fresh island fish. Parking in the attached one car garage is included.

Enjoy the two pools and two hot tubs on property, or snorkel and swim in the blue waters of the ocean only minutes away. Whales (seasonal) and sea turtles are regular spectacles as you stroll the miles of oceanside trails. Exceptional snorkeling and private dining are included with this rental with access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club and Napua Restaurant.

The Mauna Lani Resort sits oceanfront on the finest stretch of shoreline on the sunny Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located 23 miles north of the Kona International Airport, this 3,200-acre resort features 29 oceanfront acres and three miles of secluded shoreline. Nearby are two 18 hole championship golf courses North and South, gate access to the private Beach Club, Mauna Lani Sport and Fitness club includes tennis complex, fitness center and 25 meter lap pool.

Peaceful Kona Vacation

This was our third time renting a condo in this complex. Great pool for kids, nice location, clean house and a helpful concierge booked us fishing and a great Luau. Everyone was happy. Only thing that could be improved would be updating the main TV but you don’t go to Hawaii to watch tv.

Great family vacation

This place is bigger than what it looks like from photos. There were 3 of us adults and my 5 year old. Everyone had their own space and we loved that the pools were only a two minute walk away. It is a quiet complex which I very much appreciated. Having access to the private beach at the beach club was great. We did explore another beach that was only a 10 minute drive away from the resort. The place itself was fully stocked in the kitchen but the only thing I couldn’t find was hot pads/oven mitts but not a big deal. I will note that parking kind of sucks if the three parking stalls outside of the complex are taken. There is access to the garage buts a fairly tight squeeze if you’re driving anything other than a small sedan. Overall, our family really enjoyed this stay. We didn’t need to communicate with property management but they did reach out to us to see if we needed anything.
