Wonderful stay. Clean, quiet property with loads of amenities. Well organized and fully furnished kitchen. Lots of common area space (both indoor and outdoor) for four guests to spread out and relax. Great location with quick, easy access to groceries, restaurants, and beaches. Communication with the management team was professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend to others visiting the Big Island.
This is the best outfitted VRBO I've experienced. Everything needed in a kitchen, and more. A garage full of beach gear, bikes, etc. And Kirsten, the property manager, was great.

This was an immaculate property. Extremely clean, well appointed, comfortable, well stocked. The bbq was great. The appliances were top notch. Customer service was quick and attentive. It was truly a home away from home. We will absolutely always stay here. Close to everything. You will be pleasantly pleased with this property
We have stayed in many homes in the kululani neighborhood and this was by far the cleanest, well/practically stocked place, period. We were comfortable and wholly provided for at every turn. Gorgeous and easy. I recommend without any reservations. Beach stuff all easy and clean, yard is perfect, spices and oils/vins super well stocked, bbq worked easily, temp great and easily controlled, sheets and towels were pristine. First aid kit completely ready. I haven’t been good at leaving reviews before because all wa adequate, but 804 is a gem and deserves all excellent reviews. Thank you for having us. We will return!
We have stayed in this complex multiple times and love the location and quietness. This unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was prompt. We had a purple of issues that will ca. use us to stay elsewhere. The parking is awful. There were only two regular parking spaces and one handicapped for 6 units. The advertisement is deceiving when they say you can park in any open space. It’s quite a walk from “any open space” to the unit
We absolutely loved this town home. It was welcoming from the moment we stepped in the home. The home was furnished with everything we needed to make us feel at home. Beautiful kitchen, bedrooms, dining, outdoor space with seating and grill. The living area and bathrooms had everything we needed and more. It was great to be able to do laundry and all of the appliances were top notch. The availability of the beach chairs and cooler were a huge part of our stay. Kristen was easy to reach when we needed help and more than accommodating. I would definitely recommend this location and home and hope to return again. Thank You for a wonderful experience. 5+ stars!!

My wife and I had a great vacation. The house was absolutely fantastic! We definitely coming back again. The owners also offer a discount for returning guests. We highly recommend this property.
We enjoyed the space. Had everything we need. Wife's liked the kitchen and thought it was well stocked for our basic needs. Enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. We like this area because it is out of Kailua traffic and easy access to the northern part of the island.
Another great visit to the Big Island. We always stay at Kulalani for the great location, beach club and proximity to our favorite beaches. They also have the best community pool. We have stayed at many of the units and various layouts. This unit has seen some wear as it is probably a long rented one. The owners make up for that with decor and comfortable furniture and many supplies. There were loads of things to make travel with small kids easier. No boogie boards but they can be rented at Snorkel Bob’s down the road. This was the first unit where we didn’t have garage parking. We clarified that there would be a spot in garage ahead of time but the manager’s office sent the wrong info. This may not be an issue for some but only 2 spots next to house so they are often taken. This makes loading and unloading all of your gear a little harder if you have to park down the street. Loading in front of garage blocks other garages. The comfy outdoor furniture and upstairs lanai were some of the best we’ve seen. I would definitely recommend this home for a family with little kids! Thank you for having such a well stocked home away from home.
