"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"On the top floor of the hotel has a large public bath split into men's and women's sides. You go in there naked and shower before sitting in a giant hot tub. It's amazing.... The hotel also has an incredible breakfast. Make sure that you pay in advance the day before and make a reservation for the next day. It'll blow your mind. It's so good. "The view of the volcano was immaculate every morning of my 2 night stay. Thankful for the staff for getting me a corner room on the 11th floor. Laundry was easy to use, bathtub was awesome as it also had a view of the volcano and after walking all day the sauna on the 1st floor was a great end of day treat!"
