Had an amazing 5 nights at Tsuruya. A very comfortable room with soft sleep mats, low table and chairs and 2 sitting chairs. We had full board and the meals were exceptional. Very fresh Japanese meals. We loved the outdoor onsen - it was a treat to sit in the hot mineral water while being snowed on. The best part of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way for us - either with hints of where to ski, how to eat meals or general interest in our day. Given we have...

Friendly staff

A very professionally run Onsen Hotel. Staff are very professional and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Onsen well maintained and hot.

We were very grateful for the cleanliness of the room! We had a room with a private bathroom, and both the sleeping area and the bathroom was very clean. Futon beds were comfortable and warm. Extremely friendly staff, kind and genuinely helpful. We loved our relaxing stay. Thank you so much to the staff!

We stayed at this ryokan & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ryokan was quite modern with good facilities & amenities. Our room was a jr suite with private open air onsen which was marvellous. We had very high quality beddings & slept well. The communal public bath areas were also very nice. Parking was a breeze, just in front of the property on the other side of the road. The breakfast was good with many dishes. We would definitely return

Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful decor, great service, great food . Highly recommend.

My husband and I loved the onsen facility. We also liked the dinner and breakfast. Staffs are very friendly. The pick up and drop-off service was excellent. Thanks

Daiwa Roynet is one of our favourite hotel chains in Japan due to their consistence in quality in services, bedroom, bathroom, meals, etc We stayed in this hotel in late May & were very happy with our choice. - Its location is perfect, close to everything. - Very helpful staff - Nice beddings, good / quiet aircond. We slept very well - We loved the clever bathroom layout. It's one of the nice features making this hotel chain our favourite - The set-meal breakfast was top notch We would stay in...

You can walk everywhere, slopes, cable car, ropeway, restaurants, cafes, skihire from the hotel. And at the end of the day.. you have access to an indoor & incredible outdoor natural onsen… where you...
