5 star in every way. Spacious room, very comfortable rollaway beds for the kids, best breakfast buffet spread with every variety of foods imaginable. Attentive and efficient service across restaurant and reception. Kid friendly. Lovely pool. Chef at breakfast prepared a special takeaway package of food for us after learning we were about to embark on a long train journey. Beyond thoughtful.

Our family had an enjoyable stay at this hotel for the 2nd time this year when visiting for a holiday/shopping from Australia. One of my favourite hotels I have stayed in all over the world. Its in a good location, just about 10 mins from Commercial street and Brigade Road. MG road just behind. Staff are very friendly and helpful. John and his colleagues were very helpful and friendly. Any question you ask its a YES. Breakfast is amazing, a huge variety as well. Keep up the good work.
