"The room/studio was great. We booked ocean view and that is exactly what we got. The room was clean when we arrived and only had housekeeping visit once during our 7 day stay. We could have used it a couple of times to remove trash and freshen up a little but it was sufficient. Family friendly and quiet. Great pools and hot tub. Very well kept resort. "

"This place is clean and beautiful. Although we didn’t use the pool or the other games they looked fun and inviting. We walked on the beach and watched the whales and there was even a sea turtle sleeping on the beach when we were there. Definitely would stay there again if we ever go back!"

"It’s Nice Hotel , our room was overlooking the pool, nice and quiet area. Staff were extremely nice and accommodating. "

"It is a bit dated with only one eating establishment and could not even get a seat at the bar. Very dark at night on the property for a single traveler along with the outside corridors not providing much safety. I had to fight with my deadbolt daily to lock and there were no additional locks for safety just the one broken lock. People were absolutely fantastic especially the bell desk/valets. They always took time to chat with us and give suggestions. There was also a great guy at the beach shack that helped us with our casablanca? Young and friendly!!!!"

"Great location at kaanapali beach, very friendlyaccommodating staff. Needed a late check out due to some food poisoning and allowed us to have a later checkout . Beautiful landscaped grounds."
