"I was denied access to check in on the night i arrived at the hotel the staff at reception does not have any training, they dont have a computer to access the websites to confirm my booking even when i was showing them my confirmation email from Expedia, they denied me access to an hotel i paid a month earlier for 6 nights after long flight from London to Lagos i have not experienced anything worse than the humiliation and the maltreatment i got on Saturday 4th October.
