"I stayed there between 7 AM to 1:00 PM Location was wrong on Google, I had to call the hotel and explain the direction to the taxi driver. The room feels like very old never maintained, A/C was not working properly, I opened my self and found the filters were never cleaned for decades. The shower looks terrible, I would never stay there again and never recommend to anyone even if it’s for free. Terrible……"

"Upon arrival staff informed us that though the room was prepaid Hotels.com does not pay the property. The owner gave the staff orders to collect local payment. We complied and paid with the owner's word that he cancelled the Hotels.com reservation. We waited for a hotels.com email but received none. We checked out after a sleepless night due to 3 bed bugs discovered at about 1 a.m. Upon vacating the next morning, the owner assured us of repayment for the one night we did not use by TUESDAY (tomorrow). Hotels.com does not give an option for information about this..Also the property claims to have 13 swimming pools but had only 1."
