"Great staff who can speak both English and Japanese fluently and very helpful. The laundry machine included in the room is very nice as it can wash and then dry. The kitchen is fully furnished and so nice there's a fridge. One of the best hotels I stayed at!"

"Rooms were small. We took a standard twin & it was tight opening 2 mid sized luggages (24”) at the same time. That, we kinda expected but having “cabinets” that do not open for use is a great loss of usable space for guests. Not giving full 5 stars because of this. "My overall experience at this hotel was good. The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a very cool area, so it’s definitely recommended. My only feedback, if anyone from management is reading, is that while I understand this is an unmanned hotel (which is why I rated staff 3/5), the fact that they weren’t able to provide us with an extra set of sheets since we were three felt a bit strict and rigid. "Overall, it was a good stay. Room was fairly clean, but some furnitures were a bit dusty. The view from the balcony was simply amazing and the laundromat was easy to find, convenient and not pricey. Some members of the staff were kind and helpful whereas others seem to hate their jobs. Would recommend for a short stay on a budget."
