Overall a very good hotel. Very good breakfast. A lot of dining options around (it is in the entertainment district). The only downside is tiny rooms. However, they are completely ergonomic and functional

Best Ever Business Hotel I've ever experienced in whole of Japanese Isles, I mean I've been to places from Miyakojima to Hokkaido but this hotel was so special in my heart. Not just the cost but friendliness of all the staff, cleanness not to mention the breakfast. Walkable distance from Tenmonkan bus stations and night life.

Well managed, clean and with good basic facilities. Library in the lobby is a nice, and unusual, thing to have. Would be nice to have a bin for recyclables, not just a waste bin. Overall, though, a very good place to stay.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient, so close to the main shopping district and a 5 minute walk from the trams and buses, or a 20 minute walk to Sakurajima or the train station. The room was comfortable and the hotel offered a lot of amenities, such as extra pillows, a microwave, laundry service, a 'help yourself' style bar for toiletries and teas. There's also a huge collection of manga. The rooms are cleaned every day and you can request not to have it cleaned. If they aren't cleaned, the staff will still leave you clean pyjamas, towels and bin bags for if you need to freshen up your room. The hotel kindly merged my separate stays into one so I didn't have to change rooms.

年末にかけて１週間くらい過ごしました。 渋滞で鹿児島空港からバス停天文館まで１時間かかり、降車後はスーツケースを引いて徒歩10分くらいでホテルに到着しました。 周辺にホテルが多いので最初は少し迷いましたが、慣れるとセンテラスまで割とすぐでした。 周辺環境に関しては、電車の通りに出るとグルメや買い物メインの繁華街ですが、こちらのホテルの立地は歓楽街の中にあるので、お子様連れの方は少し気になるかなと思いました。 ホテルに関しては古さは感じますが、丁寧に清掃されている印象でした。 ただ浴室関連が少し気になりました。 シャワーカーテン付近の生乾き臭など、水回りの臭いが少し気になったことと、排水溝が詰まりやすかったので、ゴミを取ったりして使用しました。それと、シャワーのコックが硬すぎてひねるのに苦労しました。 部屋によって違うのかもしれませんが、同じように感じる方が多ければ改善してほしいと思います。 それ以外はとても快適な良いホテルでした。 Wi-Fi速度も安定し、コンセントの数も多く、フロント横のアメニティコーナーや各階にあるタオルなど備品コーナーが大変役立ちました。 私は12階のスタンダードクイーンと、デラックスツインの２種の部屋に宿泊したのですが、ツインの方は窓から少し桜島が見えました。 夜食サービスのカレーも美味しかったです。 最高な点はベッドがエアウィーヴだったことです。初めて使用しましたが、腰痛の負担が軽減される感じがしてぐっすり眠れました。 宿泊料金も他より安いし、何よりエアウィーヴが大変良かったので、また来年も宿泊したいなと思いました。

チェックイン前、チェックイン後、快く荷物を預かって下さいました。また、バス乗り場を尋ねた際も丁寧に教えていただきました。部屋は以前泊まった部屋に比べて狭いような気がしました。カギが硬く、二つのうち一つは私の力ではカチンとできませんでした。 10階の自販機、両替機では新1,000円札が使えず、コインランドリーの100円玉を用意するのが手間取りました。
