First Tokyo Inn Stay

Great stay with location near the train station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast served with lots of variety including local favorites. Toyoko Inn is conveniently located close to Kagoshimachuo Station - a major transportation and business center, therefore close to shopping and restaurants. The large Toyoko Inn sign on a building is a little misleading, as the Inn itself is next door, closer to the station. The only downside to some is that the facility is a little dated but very functional.

Rooms are clean and functional. My room had a view of Sakurajima. Rooms facing the train tracks will have noise, so bring ear plugs. Location is easy 1-minute walk from train station. You also have easy access to AMU Plaza shopping mall, which has so many dining options and a ferris wheel. Also, easy underground access to AEON grocery store.
