"We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel at the Grand Canyon! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The location was perfect for visiting the Grand Canyon and made our family trip so much easier. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel had a great atmosphere after a long day of exploring. Traveling with our three kids, we really appreciated having a place where the whole family could relax and recharge. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re visiting the Grand Canyon, I highly recommend the Grand Hotel!"

"Large property Plenty of free parking. Walking distance to restaurants Very short car ride to Grand Canyon entrance. For the size of the property there is only 1 x small pool which fills up very quickly with roughly 15 chairs."

"Expect the quintessential tourist experience. The encounter with staff was pretty mixed, with one front desk staff member who clearly had a bad day and felt the need to share it, but at the end of the day, her co-worker went above and beyond the call of duty. Other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It does seem that when they check in tours, which is often, adding extra front desk folks would not be a bad idea. Both for staff and hotel guests."
