"There were numerous motorcycles and ATVs taking up all the parking, so I was afraid to leave to see the night sky over the Grand Canyon for fear of no parking when I returned. "

"We arrived just before the 4:00 pm check-in and were met with a very indifferent response at the front desk. We were told our room might not be ready, given vague parking directions, and had to return later for keys. Our building was also difficult to find. That evening, we discovered the coffee maker was missing a lid and unusable. After calling the front desk, we waited nearly an hour and had to follow up before someone brought a replacement, which they themselves said was “dirty.” No apology was offered. The next morning, the TV in one room wasn’t working because it wasn’t even plugged in. The suite showed noticeable wear, including cracked tile and marks in the shower. When we raised concerns, the response was simply to ask if we wanted maintenance rather than acknowledge the experience. For nearly $1,200, this was very disappointing. Issues happen, but the service and follow-through here fell short. I cannot recommend staying here for the price. "

"We booked a junior suite. Our suite had an adjoining room. The door between our room and the adjoining room was paper thin. We could hear every word of our neighbors from their bed. Worse, our other neighbor eith no adjoining door, we could hear their morning pee and flush routine. Ugh"

"Breakfast was decent. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Brought room fresh towels quickly when requested. If in area will stay again."
