"We loved this campsite! Staff were welcoming and friendly, bungalow was clean and spacious with lovely views from the balcony. "Everything was excellent, from the airport transfer (supplier nominated by the hotel), the check-in process, the design and decor of the room and common areas, right through to breakfast choices. The team were professional, courteous and extremely helpful, and spoke excellent English. I was so happy that I could open my room window - it makes it easier to sleep. The hotel is conveniently located for the north-eastern side of the city centre, an easy walk to Rua de Santa Catarina and the Mercado do Bolhão and the Bolhão metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away.
There is a small gym and a pool in the basement, and the facilities overall were very good. "
