The pools were great and the service around this area was first class with towels, water and snacks delivered the minute you sat down on a pool lounge, plus great bar service whenever needed. The rooms were very comfortable and the overall design of the resort was great - we took many photos!!!"

"I did like the hotel but I found out that all Inclusive is not Inclusive. its limited menu and pretty much all inclusive in the buffet. which also small choices of food. also when you ask something, you have to ask few people because you can't get the right answer from one person. stayed at Jw Marriott the week before and finish my trip 3 days at the W palm. what a difference in food, customer service and rooms. big difference, they need to copy JW on everything, even the staff. "
