"rooms were ok nothing special.
staff was friendly for sure to a fault.
breakfast was unusual with microwave in a totally diff room when needed to make oatmeal. butter for toast was old like it had melted & expired.
parking was good right in front of front door but porch was not swept, flowerpots were not attractive, nothing but old dirt inside pots
out side our window was a pain of a window broken on the ground & windows needed washing.
my husband leaned on the fence along the deck, facing the water & the fence post fell over.
it’s just a run down hotel.
no tv in lounge area when in the hotel room book it said all sports were televised in the lounge area. we would have liked to watch the Twins baseball.
it cost us over our cost in Duluth for our hotel that had a pool, restaurant & bar, with a lakeside view."

"Amazing place. Better than the pictures and the listing. Unbeatable location on the water, extremely well appointed on the inside. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. Yes, the hot tub is a bit of an art form to get to the right temp, but that’s part of the experience!"

"Didn't realize it was 2 unattached levels but it was fine. Very pretty, nice place, decorated lovely. It was very icy when we were there. But its winter in MN so probably to be expected. Had a nice relaxing weekend."
