During our stay both were very attentive, polite and friendly. The food is delicious, the chef Roberto accommodated any special requests. We want to thank Conzuelo, Miguel, Roberto for going above and beyond in delivering exceptional service. They and the rest of the staff are truly an asset to this beautiful Hotel. "
